About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our store. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, managing staff, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities :

Daily Store Operations : Oversee and manage all daily operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.

Staff Management : Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring they are meeting performance goals and providing excellent customer service.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

Inventory Management : Maintain optimal inventory levels, order merchandise as needed, and conduct regular inventory audits.

Store Maintenance & Presentation : Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Customer Service Excellence : Ensure all staff provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements : 

- Previous experience in retail management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

- Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer service best practices.

Qualifications (Preferred):

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to analyze sales data, inventory reports, and other relevant information to make informed business decisions.

- Experience with inventory management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations
