Store Manager (8-12 yrs)
Achieve monthly/annual Sales target
Handle entire store operations
Convert high value customer queries into sales
Play a lead role and provide guidance to the team
Should have customer centric approach
Should focus on making the store profitable and cut down costs
Participation in the jewelry and other outdoor exhibitions
Flexible in time and work, based on the requirement
Prepare appropriate merchandise mix for store as per customer requirement.
Identify stock gaps on regular intervals
Ensure zero stock loss at store
Identify various opportunities to increase foot-falls at the store
Should be able to give feedback to marketing and merchandise team on consumer behavior and reasons for non-purchase
Responsible for achieving Top Line and Bottom Line
Ensuring adherence to SOPs of the company & focus on KPIs - ASP, diamond shape etc.
The purpose of the role is to drive the sales for the store through efficient store operations, Great customer experience, motivation and retention of store personnel and adherence to co. standards. Creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for the Teams.
Supporting the retail element of the annual budget process ensuring understanding and buy in from the regional operations team.
Constantly reviewing financial data and supporting the Area Retail Managers/Cluster Retail Managers in providing realistic input into the sales budgets and translating the strategic goals into retail operational plans and strategic resource planning.
