- Overseeing overall restaurant operation standards, follow SOP to bring efficiency in operations
- Plan to archive restaurant sales budget
- Handling stores operation ensuring optium entry level to achive maximum cost saving without hampering distribution process
- Process and audit compliance
- Ensure better customer experience
- Monitoring availability of sources
- Ensure the quality parameters to to be followed during the operations
- Identify areas of obstructions/breakdowns and taking steps to get the equipments rectified on time
- Ensuring optium utilization of manpower and machinery towards the output
