Job Title : Store & Sourcing Support-

Job Location : Savli, Gujarat-

Educational qualification : B.Com/B.Sc/Diploma-Mechanical (preferable with Material Management Course)

Work Experience :

- 3 to 5 Years' Experience in Store / Purchase Experience, Conversant with SAP, Materials Management. in Manufacturing unit or Engineering company.

- Experience of working in culture of 5S, CMMS, SAP, lean tools etc will be an advantage

Job Profile :

- Actively participate and contribute in meeting/exceeding company standards

- Incoming material inspection and clearance based on PO terms & getting confirmation by user department

- Assist Site Operation in Getting Quotation for Spare & Consumable, Creating Purchase Requisition, AMC & ARC Request, Supplier Follow up for Delivery, Preparing of Gate pass

- Maintain MRO/Engineering Store Inventory, Carrying out Store Material Issue, GRN of Material & Services based on confirmation from user department,

- Daily Store Items Movement Reconciliation.

- Maintain Store housekeeping standards at the highest levels.

- Maintain & Ordering Spares & Consumable after consulting Operations team.

- Involvement for SPK & suggestion for Store Inventory Management and other aspects of Operations.

- Prepare MIS / Tracking sheet as required by Management.

- Fork lift / PIT Operation to support warehouse material movement.

Skills :

- Good communication skills (Written & Spoken) & problem solving skills.

- Computer knowledge (SAP, MS Office, Power Point, Excel)

- Willing to Put efforts till the problem solve.

- Exposure to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.

- Should have good potential for learning.

- Communication, Negotiation & Interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to individuals at all levels in an organization

- Ability to converse fluently in English will be an added advantage

CTC: Rs 2.00 to3.00 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
