Store Supervisor - Material Management (5-10 yrs)

Position Title : Store Supervisor
Experience : 5- 10 years.
Qualifications : Any Graduate, diploma or MBA in material management, maintenance.
Job Location : Mahape, Navi-Mumbai
Key Objective :
- Timely processing of GRN (Goods receipt note) in ERP system.
- Accuracy in receipt of material from supplier into the system and flagging exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
- Single point contact for all Incoming transport vehicle/courier agency/3PL service providers etc.
- Liaison with finance team and procurement team for document submission for bill booking of vendors.
- Co-ordination with Quality team for clearing the Incoming material inspection & also processing - hot part- clearance on priority.
- Knowledge of Product identification, ERP working knowledge,
- Perform all admin around Incoming activity, Invoice audit and GRN timely closure etc.
- Key stakeholder in building Continuous improvement pipeline/opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Co-ordinate with procurement team for the expected incoming material details.
- Timely unloading of material in safe and sound condition at factory
- Working in all three shifts asper company requirement and ensuring that SOP for Incoming material are followed religiously.
- Managing all unloading, physical verification and labelling activity through loaders and operators assigned in the shifts
- Stocking of material in the designated storage location and updating the same in ERP system for visibility and accuracy of Put away.
Key Performance Indicator :
- Zero errors in GRN preparation and data entry into ERP system
- Vehicle Turnaround time for supplier material vehicles from Gate in to Gate out
- Appropriate feedback to procurement team for any excess or short material receipt and follow up till closure.
- Accuracy in Physical material receipt and ERP updation against the GRN ref no
- Adherence to standard processes & Trade compliance requirements, approvals & ERP updation etc
- Timely closure of all open points with stakeholders from Finance, Procurement, Quality team, Engineering team etc.
Skillset :
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language and customer service skills, regional language would be added advantage
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamix Axapta ERP system
- Ability to maintain appropriate data/ record and trends (i.e., MIS and PODs)
- Good Computer Knowledge (MS Office and very good knowledge of Excel (Advance excel formula knowledge) and Power Point).
- Good administrative, manpower management & organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Analytical & strong stakeholder management skills, being entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience in Digital applications
