What we require from you?
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Any Graduate. MBA will be a plus.
- Knowledge of retail and E-commerce domain.
- Knowledge on various financial services, insurance, retail investment products,digital payment offerings etc shall be a dded advantage
- Flexible to work in all business units of SK
- Traveling as per the business need / field visit is mandatory
- Should be fluent in the local language of the region which he/she belongs to

- B2B customer facing Operations/Program Management role in an Ecommerce/Internet company
- Identify key business metrics, responsible for creating and maintaining MIS reports and business dashboards
- Track new opportunity projections; Analyze & identify root causes for transaction fluctuations
- Responsible for interfacing with cross functional internal and external stakeholders including sales, technology, operations and vendors
- Keep track of operational escalations, perform initial analysis, follow up for RCA. Coordinate with internal tech team and partner, ensuring closure of the issues within defined TAT
- Identify recurring issues, coordinate to find permanent solutions & ensure implementation
- Responsible for product support, technical write ups and making training guides and sales tools
- At the end of the program move to a permanent stream of business within the organization
