Description :
The Senior Supply Manager will be required to fulfill the following responsibilities :
1. Lead a team of 10-12 associates and ensure smooth supply of warehouses to achieve customer requirement in different states of India.
2. Identify key areas in and around city which are strategically important for warehousing/logistics industry.
3. Establish relationship with business partners and execute sourcing plan of the company.
4. Identify the potential market and clusters for the customers to achieve their exact requirement.
5. Responsible for complete end to end supply to the customers with best quality of services level in the market.
6. Identify the best way to increase the supply rate for the company with success record of at least 50%-60% per month.
7. Feeder to Sales, Tech, Product & Marketing team to produce the best in class product for warehousing industry.
8. Should have the broad knowledge of logistics industry.
Requirements :
1. Candidate must be a graduate from IITs/NITs/Top colleges of India.
2. Candidate must have high negotiation skills.
3. At least 5-7 years of Supply and operations experience in real estate, warehouse management system firm.
4. Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines and an unstructured environment.
