- Strategic sourcing initiatives
- Cost reduction programmes
- Vendor identification & on-boarding
- Vendors negotiation & long term agreement
- Monitoring and tracking vendor performance through periodic reviews
- Vendor disputes resolution
- Tracking of changing commodity-related business trends
- Analyzes spend data to identify and develop overall sourcing
- Assists in the development of internal policies and tools necessary to implement sourcing
- Works collaboratively with the Purchasing teams
