Structural Design Engineer (15-22 yrs)
Background :
1. The incumbent should have secured a Bachelor's degree in Structure Design Engineering from a reputed institute. A master's degree shall be an added advantage.
2. The incumbent should have a minimum of 15+ years- experience of working with Design offices / Real Estate firms.
Professional Experience :
The incumbent should have :
1. Sound technical knowledge of Structure design for both RCC & Steel Structures; with hands on experience in design coordination;
2. Worked independently on design & delivery of Residential Projects;
3. Experienced in handling multiple projects at one time;
4. Sound understanding of the NBC & other applicable code(s) including but not limited to the Earthquake code, IS codes etc.;
5. Good knowledge of the referral International codes;
6. Sound understanding of the RERA guidelines;
7. Worked in an environment fostering methodical working;
8. Experienced in managing a team;
9. Deft in both internal and external stake holder management;
10. The ability to deliver under tight timelines;
11. Worked on tender documentation & possess a sound understanding of budgets & costs;
12. Experience in working closely with the site team and respective Contractors/vendors;
13. Extremely deft at Risk identification, timely escalation & formulating mitigation strategies;
14. Ability to shoulder the responsibility of creating MIS for Management feedback;
