Structural Design Engineer - Construction Operations (12-20 yrs)
We are working with our Partner for this position. The client is an award winning contracting organisation that has been operating at the forefront of specialist construction activities in New Zealand and overseas for over 50 years. They are looking for Structural design engineers.
Candidate to get his own work Visa. ( Generally candidate should get a Visa if the appointment letter is there)
Looking for candidates who are eligible to work in that country.
- The principal purpose of this role is to support and lead teams of designers to deliver innovative project outcomes.
- The role will also have responsibility to ensure that projects are executed and managed to best practice for the company's activities across all of New Zealand.
- You should have at least 10 years structural design experience with seismic design, post -tensioning and or FRP design.
- You must have team leadership experience and be able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Therefore we are seeking candidates with construction and project management activities experience.
- You will have design Management experience along with the ability to write Technical Reports and Papers (preferably published).
- You will have very good interpersonal skills and be able to work closely with clients/stakeholders and employees.
Qualifications : University Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, Masters preferred
