Job Description :
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, analysis, and implementation of various structural projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects, meeting both technical and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in structural engineering principles, combined with expertise in related fields such as soil testing, project scheduling, and environmental impact assessment.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive structural analyses using industry-standard software and methodologies to ensure the safety and integrity of designed structures.
- Perform soil testing and analysis to assess the foundation conditions and provide recommendations for optimal structural support.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Collaborate with surveying teams to obtain accurate and relevant data for project site assessment and design.
- Utilize drafting tools and software to create detailed and accurate drawings for construction and documentation purposes.
- Design and analyze water supply systems to ensure reliable and efficient distribution of water in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and integrate sustainable practices into structural designs.
- Assess and analyze traffic flow patterns to incorporate effective structural solutions in transportation-related projects.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of designs.
- Perform vibration analysis to evaluate and mitigate potential structural vibrations in buildings and infrastructure.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Proven experience in structural engineering and related fields.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
