- Have a considerable knowledge of Quality site Like, Different test of PV modules and its raw materials. Observations Electrical parameters of PV modules like Voc, Isc, Pmax, Vmax, Imax, FF, Efficiency.

- Direct the activities of production supervisors, coordinate with Maintenance department and Quality department for observe Production process and drive key manufacturing initiatives in cost reduction; quality improvement delivery.

- Direct activities of employees - for designated production areas, including production working planning, engineers to make sure production outputs meets product specification. New hire training ongoing necessary training develop production lead position to maximize role.

- Handled documents of ISO documents, IEC certification, managed production logs, production schedule, batch mfg. records, preventive maintenance and others.

- Performing root cause analysis & implementing corrective actions, implement different process improvement policy & prepare document for same

- Photovoltaic (PV) solar manufacturing Experience is preferable
