Superintendent - Plumbing Operations (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- BS in Mechanical Engineering with 8 years of working experience in the design and construction of plumbing and relevant site utilities that is directly related to building construction.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings. Schedule manpower and also responsible for hiring workers.
- Ensure all on-site employees comply with OSHA standards & MCC work rules.
- Minimum 4 years verifiable experience as an HVAC and Plumbing Superintendent and state HVAC and plumbing license.
- Monitor labor reporting, job cost reviews and prepare time sheets and two week look a heads.
- Bring the job in 'on time and under budget.
