Supertails - Assistant Manager - Sourcing (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for assortment width and depth
- Working on vendor identification, development, negotiation, and management
- Planning and leading vendor engagement and performance evaluation
- Inventory management to maintain consistent availability and optimizing working capital
- Prepare, review and analyze purchases records
- Competition / Market Analysis to develop market insights
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates with BBA, B.tech, B.com degree or MBA
- Experience with Ms-Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of scheduling, supply chain
- Negotiation skills
- 2-4 years of relevant past experience
