Supervisor - Egg Production (5-15 yrs)
Position Reports To : GM - Production & Manager: Production(Rearing & Layering)
JOB PURPOSE : Qualifications and Education Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor in any stream
Role & Responsibility :
- Minimum experience of 5 years in egg production
- Will be responsible for a layer site accommodating 120 000 layers
- Egg production record keeping
- Daily feed requirements and recording of usage and consumption
- Maintain general health of the flocks
- Manage staff and general labour on a daily basis
- Should speak, read & write in English
