- Ensure development of Incoming Inspection Standards for sourced parts.
- Responsible to ensure suppliers using latest version drawings.
- Ensure timely receiving of Layout Inspection Reports as per plan.
- Ensure timely response of suppliers in case of defects identification.
- Responsible for raising & timely closure of Non Conformance to suppliers.
- Take lead in resolution of Supplier quality problems associated with purchased parts and materials.
- Using problem solving approach to resolve the problems in incoming parts.
- Responsible for receiving Quality improvement plan development & adherence for suppliers w. r. t. SQA MIS.
- Conducting supplier initial assessment audits for supplier selection.
- Responsible for system development support to suppliers.
- Ensure QMS requirements adherence aligned to incoming inspection & supplier quality.
- Responsible to ensure suppliers using latest version drawings.
- Responsible for periodical communication to supplier quality performance.
- Ensure timely SPPAP for new development parts at supplier end.
- Responsible for timely closure of PPAP observations.
- Manage, review, monitor and improve supplier quality performance against agreed objectives aligned to Operations and Quality Functional strategy.
- Planning & execution of supplier audits aligned to supplier performance.
- Coordination with production & sourcing team to resolve sourced product quality problems.
- Developing supplier problem solving skills by providing training.
- Regularly participate in training and continuing education in order to maintain up- to- date knowledge of Quality and Industry Standards requirements.
