Supply Chain Consultant - Pharma (6-10 yrs)
Purpose: The Supply Chain Consultant will support various projects and programs for a large generic pharmaceutical manufacturer, driving critical initiatives in supply chain planning and logistics.
Assignment Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to execute projects in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics.
- Develop and present project charters and solution roadmaps.
- Prepare and finalize solution requirement documents, ensuring stakeholder approval.
- Lead solution workshops and coordinate with the IT team for seamless implementation.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve current supply chain processes.
- Establish project governance structures and review mechanisms to ensure accountability and progress.
- Monitor project timelines, reporting issues and challenges as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or MBA.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical projects or the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Logistics processes.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively from inception to completion.
