Following a recent group-wide re-organisation and a new strategy with regards to the supply chain function, Company is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager for its Sidhrawali site.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with Sales, Customers and Production Planning to ensure that all customer requests and needs are fulfilled
- Setting up sequence of production, ensure resources and materials are available to fulfil all customer orders
- Manage inventory levels to balance working capital and on-time delivery performance
- Ensure integrity of raw material and finished goods inventory. Ensuring that goods, once available, will be organized and dispatched according to customer needs
- Safe movement of materials
- Deliver measurable results and key performance indicators.
- Seek for process improvements and implement best practice
- Develop team members
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Economics
- 5+ years of related experience in Supply Chain Management
- Import/Export hands on experience; expertise in shipping and customs policies and practices
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Project Management experience desired specifically in regard to process improvements, coupled with proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments and implementing measurable improvements.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications as in Excel, Power Point, Outlook
