Job Objective :

- Support execution of projects through detailed engineering and designing of processes, systems and products to be used in projects and also support sales team as and when required for inputs pertaining to design and engineering

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing and internal delivery teams during the proposal making stage to understand technical requirements of the client, and provide detailed designs, process layouts and costing data to meet client requirements; suggest amendments to the proposal to improve price performance of the project

- Support the execution of projects through making detailed engineering design and drawing processes, products and services as per specifications and detailed analysis of the technical and financial parameters

- Review and amend engineering & design for the project as per discussion with Projects Team or Client and take sign off

- Constantly review compliance with engineering design while execution of the project and escalate any deviation to seniors

- After receipt of sales order, support Lead - Projects in finalization of the technical specifications, project design and technical approach in consultation with the client

- Obtain validation from seniors, Projects Team and Client counterpart teams with respect to drawings, designs, processes or product to be used during project execution

- Ensure appropriate documentation for all drawings, designs and engineering plans to be utilized in the execution of a project; ensure any changes made to the same are reflected

- Work closely with documentation team to ensure maintenance of internal records as well as documentation pertaining to regulatory compliance

- Identify hindrances in project execution from a design/engineering perspective and try to resolve through effective design and engineering

- Coordinate with Quality team and client counterpart team during quality audit

- Keep abreast of emerging technologies that will drive improved efficiencies and price performance for IDMC projects

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
