Principle Accountabilities :

Key Responsibility :

- Planning & Procurement for WTG Spares

- Planning & Procurement for WTG Spares.

- Procurement, Inventory - Adhere to Committed Budget

- Responsible & Accountable for Purchase for Selected - B- Class items, 100% - C- Class items & Consumables, PM and Service Contracts. Ensure timely delivery of Material & Services

- Responsible for Complete Vendor Management

- Knowledge of Market & Competitor Prices, focus on Continuous Reduction in CoGS & Consumption

- Ensure Supplier Charge Back & FOC Replacement

- Provide accurate Forecast and Plan for LC & Fund Requirement

- Warehouse Management

- Controlling Stores Inventory

- GRIR completion within 24 hours

- Strict online SAP Transactions - Receipt, Issues, Rejections & WTG return Material

- System & Physical stock verification & reconciliation through Audit

- 5 S Housekeeping

- Shelf life Management

- Physical return of damaged parts against fresh issue

- Conduct & support Internal & External Audit

- Suppply Chian Management

- Logistics for Material movement within State

- Managing & Execution of Commercial Transactions related to Purchase & Logistics

- Vendor Management

- Managing Payments to Vendor & Service Providers on due dates

- Managing Repairing of Repairable Components

- Material Management

- Vendor Development, Rate Finalization for Safety items, PPE, Consumables, Tools

- Finalization of Service Contracts & PM Contracts Quarterly vendor accounts reconciliation through Finance Controller

- Co-ordination with Functions Depts. In states

- Co-ordination with all other Functions viz. Finance, Quality, Engineering, Operation & Maintenance Teams within states

- Co-ordination with Corporate Pune Material Team, Other States Material Teams, Suzlon Group Companies for material & services

- Adhere to Statutory Regulations, Taxation Laws of State

- Follow Suzlon Corporates Ethical and Governance Policy & Norms Regular visits to Sites

- Reviews & MIS

- Periodical reviews of Purchase, Planning & warehouses Functioning

- MIS reporting to GOMS Purchase Team

(VII) Prior Exposure and Familiarity: (Input while shortlisting and assessment)

1. Worked with dynamic business environment with proven execution excellence in similar profiles

2. Hands on experience in handling WTGs OMS Sites with capacity of 500 MW or above

3. Should be well versed with SCADA knowledge. Exposure to advanced models of WTGs will be added advantage
