Suzlon - Site In-Charge - Maintenance Services - WTG Sub-Station (5-12 yrs)
Key Responsibility :
Ensure operational performance with >97% machine availability :
1) Maintenance of import KVRH
2) Ensure reduction in Transmission Line Loss
3) Ensure optimum MTBF for higher versions of WTGs
Ensure support & resource provisions to achieve optimum site & individual WTG performance - customer commitments :
1) Ensure periodic annual maintenance is carried out as per plan
2) Ensure availability of materials and material planning
3) Ensure for scheduled maintenance (i) % Completion (ii) % Completed +/- 5 days
4) Ensure deployment of required service contracts for site upkeep
5) Periodic maintenance, Peak Wind Preparation plan (PWPP), TCI, EI and WI
6) CTR (1st yield pass) and WTGs in Level 3 and Level 4 in IDRV audit
Effective implementation of 24x7 operations philosophy :
1) Ensure WTGs with Reactive Power >5%
2) Ensure WTGs with Transmission Loss >5%
3) Ensure sub-station maintenance (i) Plan v/s Actual (ii) iDRV Level (iii) CAPA closure
MIS and Reporting :
1) Ensure 100% data maintenance in SAP, SC-SCADA, iCRMS & other applicable systems :
To make sure 100% Data entry is done in SAP, SC-SCADA,ICRMS & Other applicable systems to generate various performance reports & MIS
2) Report generation and validation
3) Ensure data sanitation
Stabilization of new WTGs :
1) Ensure timely availability of manpower, Infrastructure & connectivity with respect to early stabilization of new WTGs
Ensure retention and motivation of team though various People development activities :
1) Ensure implementing Employee Engagement initiatives at Sites
2) Ensure to undertake Employee Welfare measures
3) Ensure to work on skill enhancement of team members
Ensure compliance to contractual obligations and customer grievances :
1) Anchor Customer interaction meetings to resolve customer grievances
2) Ensure responding to Customer with resolutions
Compliance with all systems and processes defined to ensure smooth operations at site :
1) SPHERE
2) ReQIE
3) IDRV
4) System Audit / PDCA
Promoting a safe work culture with due awareness and effective measures thereby achieving 'ZERO ACCIDENT' status
1) Inculcating safety practices within team
2) Eliminating unsafe work practices
3) Reporting near misses, unsafe acts and conditions
(VII) Prior Exposure and Familiarity: (Input while shortlisting and assessment)
1. Should be well versed with different models of WTGs
2. Hands on experience in handling OMS WTG Sites with capacity of more than 25 MW
