Administration :

- Facilities, Work place, Real-estate, Procurement, Expansion, Travel and Transport.

- Admin team manages infra set up, facility services up keep of Work place, General procurement, Employee's travel and transport to provide world class conducive safe work place with Swiggy values, reasonable safe and secured services with high standards of solutions to employee grievance at all time. - One team and one service - .

Job description :

- For coordinating with new space requirements. Accompany concerned departments to inspect the perspective property locations. Coordinate with brokers/property consultants for property requirements and adhere to TAT . Assist with property registration/obtaining documents/field visits etc.

- Oversee the support services in City Office, HUB`s, S&O

- Maintaining the facility, record keeping

- Regularly coordinate with landlords to obtain rental & maintenance invoices, renewal of agreements, issuance of termination notices, Follow-up on common area issues in office building

- Negotiate commercials & contracts with vendors, landlords, Follow-up on maintenance payments to ensure Electricity, Building Water, Diesel is supplied on time to run operations without any hurdle

- Monitor performance of vendors

- Investigate and resolve complaints from employees and landlords when services are not properly provided.

- Purchase supplies and equipment for properties.

- Ensure all the devices like UPS, Biometric, HVAC, CCTV, Water dispensers, lighting, furniture's & fixtures are maintained and AMC`s are valid.

- Flexible to visit different cities as and when there is a requirement to oversee the admin ops, audit, expansion etc

- Monitor vendors for quality, service and price through standard purchasing specifications

- Obtain competitive quotations for admin requirements and ensure that the best product is sourced and purchased.

- Research and identify new products and services for the admin operations in market

- Verifies that all documentation and proper quotations are maintained and filed according to company policy.

- Responsible for all purchasing functions, quotations, quality and availability. Vendors payment processing as per agreed timelines

- Liaison with the ADMIN, FINANCE, HR, IT, OPS, BUSINESS, CITY EXPANSION TEAMS

- Coordinate with landlords to Follow-up on rental payments, ELECTRICTY BILLS, WATER BILLS, tanker Water, Maintenance, Diesel etc

- Assist with other needs as & when there is a requirement and not limited to above.

Best fit profile :

- 2-4 years of experience in General administration and facility management.

- Must be a Graduate in any discipline.

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Regional language.
