Designation / Title: System Engineer- Coupler

Division / Business Unit: R&D

Industry Type: Its Automotive components Manufacturing industry.

Location : Hosur, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, development, Installation, field fitment and monitoring of AAR H COUPLER main body & its components.

- Design, development, Installation, field fitment and monitoring of BALANCED DRAFT GEAR.

- Development of Casting for Coupler main body & its components.

- Development of Patterns for Coupler components

- Design, development, Installation, field fitment and monitoring of SHOCK ABSORBER for WAG-9 & WAP engines. (Primary, secondary, horizontal & vertical type).

- Design, development & modification in E.P UNIT (MODULAR & PNEUMATIC type) for E.M.U.

- Test stand Design for AIR BRAKES components testing.

- Design & modification of BRAKE CYLINDER.

- Design & modification of BOGIE MOUNTED BRAKE SYSTEM.

- Design of different types of BRAKE BLOCK.

- Schematic diagrams for AIR BRAKES system & E.P system.

- Design & Development of Pneumatic Brake Controller.

Desired Profile:

Education- Candidate must be B.tech/ B.E- Mechanical.

Exp: -10+ years

Salary: -15-18Lpa.
