Job Description:

- Provide people leadership and technical leadership to a team of System modeling engineers performing system modeling simulations to support product development processes.

- Perform project prioritization, project management, delivery quality management, and resource management of system modeling projects to ensure all delivery timelines and delivery quality are met.

- Provide technical thought-leadership in implementation of system modeling roadmap and embedment of system modeling simulations in product development process based on global best-practices.

- Provide delivery quality leadership to ensure all project are delivered to schedule, quality, and cost.

- Develop and nurture system modeling competency within team through mentorship, L&D initiatives, and colloboration with platform system modeling teams and Subject Matter Experts in the organization.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders in the organization to embed and strengthen use of system modeling practices in product design processes, validation of system modeling results, identifying system modeling requirements and opportunities, and scoping & planning of these opportunities.

Candidates Profile:

- Should be M.Tech or Phd in Mechanical or Aerospace

- Should have 12+ years experience

- Should be ready to relocate to Pune.

- Should have handled a team.
