Role and Responsibilities :

- Siemens PLC/SCADA System, Yokogawa Centum CS3000 or equivalent DCS System. Troubleshoot and resolve PLC/ DCS control related issues in the plant.

- System/Networking: Mesh network, system Configuration & Setup, Switch Configuration.

- Experience in logic checking.

- Experience in preparing I/O list, GA and Wiring drawings.

- Experience in Installation & Commissioning of control panels.

- Experience in preparing final as built documentation.

- Preparation & Reviewing of drawings/documents like P&ID- s, Instrument Data Sheet, I/O list, Loop diagrams, Cable tray layout, Junction box wiring diagram, Cable schedule, Hook up .

- Installation, commissioning, calibration and loop checking of various field instruments

- Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per requirements.

- Review of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list.

- Experienced in the field instruments and control systems procurement activities

- Knowledge on various communication protocols like HART, MODBUS, protocol

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with specialization in Instrumentation from reputed institute

Desirable:

Work Experience: 6 -12 years' experience in key roles in the Instrumentation area, preferably from the Food/Pharma manufacturing field

- Quality professional with 6 + years of hands on experience

- Ability to critically evaluate and troubleshoot complex problems is essential

- Strong hands on leadership and management skills

- Well-organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills

- Exposure to International regulatory requirements pertaining to Food, Nutraceuticals and Pharma
