Taurian Engineering - Senior Purchase Engineer - Mechanical Procurement (5-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Managing overall purchase activities;
1. Vendor visit
2. Vendor registration
3. Getting techno-commercial offers from vendors
4. Negotiation and finalizing orders
5. Expediting the delivery
6. Visual inspection of castings.
7. Arranging transportation and dispatch procurement of all type of castings like Cast Iron, Steel castings, manganese Castings, Hi Chrome castings etc.,
- Should have wide range of vendor base for All type of castings and should have good knowledge of foundry operations and grades of casting in delhi NCR and Mandi gobindgarh
- Establish strategic alliances/tie-ups with financially strong/reliable suppliers; strengthen vendor source & develop alternate source of suppliers; Administer Material Planning, vendor development & Supplier evaluation
- Ensures that all purchases are made within the budget in an effort to confirm all cost cutting best practices protecting employer's bottom line
