Position - Team Lead - Design Department

Location - Pune

Qualification - B.E Mechanical from institutes like VJTI, COEP, KJ Somaiya, IIT, NITIE, Symbiosis, VIT Pune, BITS, KK Wagh, VNIT, Vellore Institute of Tech., NIT all locations, Kalinga, MIT.

Experience - 10-15 Yrs.

Salary - As per Industry

Role :

Ensure on-time releases of sales orders in full

Ensure correctness of releases

Standardization of machines and assemblies

Application of DFX principles in designs

Interface with GAD & PID team as needed

Interface with Automation & Controls team for releases

Support operations & vendor development team as needed

Participate in CAPA and horizontal deployment

Update machine drawings & BOM as dispatched before machine leaving factory

PCRN & ECN implementation

As needed travel to customer locations to provide technical solutions

Stay abreast with developments in industry

Try new concepts & not afraid of failure

Specific Soft Skills:

- Motivate team

- Mentor & train team

- Build second line for all critical roles / positions

- Ability to listen effectively

- Meticulous in document maintenance.

- Good communication
