Team Lead - Export (2-6 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in export desk and logistics.
- Good experience in import operational export order execution.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- NOTE: Should be comfortable in working in Shifts
Job Profile:
- Manage all the Export flows, shipments and documentations.
- Manage sales order processing.
- Responsible for export documentation, export shipment and export licensing (DGFT).
- Act as a contact persons for freight forwarders(Air, Land, Ocean), vendors, brokers, etc.
- Responsible for sales administration (check incoming orders, provide technical product information, ask freight rates, etc)
- Create credit/ debit notes and return of goods.
- Experience on SAP.
