Team Lead - Interior Designer - AutoCAD - Event Exhibition Industry (8-10 yrs)
Hiring for AutoCAD Design Engineer for an International Event Exhibition Company.
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: 10 LPA to 15 LPA
Need Experience in Residential, Commercial, Retail, Modular, or Interior Designing Experience.
Job Description:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Oversee the design and development of exhibition booths, ensuring all mechanical and safety considerations are met.
- Approve technical drawings and designs created by the team, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and client requirements.
- Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Autodesk Inventor for designing and preparing technical drawings.
- Ensure all designs include proper sequencing and detailed specifications.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Address and resolve any design-related issues or challenges promptly.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of design and safety.
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
