Team Lead Role - Vehicle Engineering Tractor Manufacturing Firm (12-26 yrs)
TL-Vehicle Engineering will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers working on various Chassis design engineering aspects of Tractors (30-300+hp) & Loader. Position is part of Small & Medium Ag. Tractor PDE team and requires close collaboration with local/global peers, local and global leaders to transform the value generated for organization & for the stakeholders. Nature of work shall predominantly be focused on Product Design & Engineering Team Management across new product development, VA/VE, sustenance engineering, etc.
Hands on experience doing design of complex and large mechanical equipment with knowledge of castings, forgings, fabrication, sheet metal, plastics. Experience in doing FEA is a plus. Subsystems such as Front axle area, CTIS, Wheel & Tire, Suspensions, Hitches-Drawbars would be added advantage.
Preferably experience on Ag. Tractor design engineering with knowledge of various sub-systems like Engine, Hydraulics, Driveline, etc. and applications of Ag. Tractors in on and off field using various implements and attachments.
