Urgent Hiring for Team Leader/ Assistant Manager Operations !!

Key Responsibilities :

- You will be working as a Manager Operations in the departure department for a US-based Logistics company.

- As Operations Manager, you shall be having a direct impact on managing the operational processes and procedures in line with the business requirements

- You will be responsible for Training Operational Need Analysis, Cost / Benefit Analysis, Performance Management, and other operational strategy assessments.

- You will also work on managing and improving floor performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures.

- The role also involves planning the annual budget after estimating necessities, correcting overspending, analyzing cost variance and scheduling expenses.

- Grow new team and manages the entire sales cycle for delivery of solutions to clients.

- Should be from operation Team leader/ Asst Manager on paper. She/he must have managed a team strength of 100-150 agents & Team Leaders

- Candidates have handled the US Clients or International Process

Candidate must have :

- Min 3 years of managing Operations Floor with 100-300 resources

- A skilled communicator, with a target-oriented mindset.

- Excellent people / Team Management skills.

- Knowledge of Lead Generation and Lead Verification processes.

- Ready to work has an entrepreneur & profile sharing process

- Should be comfortable to work in Night Shift

- Looking for Immediate Joiners or 15 days of the Notice period
