Job Description:-
- Personnel and cost responsibility
- Develop, introduce and maintain standards-compliant design guidelines for CAD models and drawings
- Advanced development of our own design programs
- Creating, coordinating and assessing designs and CAD drawings for BC and third party compressors in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Coordination and capacity planning of the CAD team (deployment of employees).
- Training of BCAG and BCx employees
- Supporting the apprentices
- Make sure that the design drawings are realized according to a uniform pattern and modeling is cording to the specifications in the manuals
- Providing of the design documentation (drawings, parts lists) according to the customer requirements in timely agreement with the Production Logistics
- Continuous reduction of the variety of parts
- Experience in 3D CAD NX
- Experience with the ERP SAP
- Experience in project management
- CAD ERP interface experience
- Organization talent and communication skills
- Communicative to ensure capacity balancing among the teams
- Daily reporting to operational and non-operational hours
