Job Description: Team Leader - Electrical Design
Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 12+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the electrical design team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of design projects. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
2. Design and Development:
- Oversee the design of electrical components and systems for transformers, including core, coil, insulation, and winding configurations.
- Ensure designs meet performance specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct design reviews and validation to ensure accuracy and quality.
3. Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with other departments such as mechanical design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
4. Innovation and Improvement:
- Stay updated with advancements in transformer technology and integrate new innovations into design processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design methodologies and tools.
- Participate in research and development activities to enhance product offerings.
5. Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop technical proposals and presentations.
- Represent the company in technical discussions and industry forums.
6. Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all design documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with industry standards.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in transformer design and development
- Proven track record of leading design teams and managing design projects.
- Extensive knowledge of transformer design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
3. Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Certifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in transformer design and engineering are a plus.
