Job Requirement:

- B.E/B.Tech candidate with 4 to 6 Years- experience or Diploma Mechanical candidate with 9 to 15 Years- experience into similar role.

Role:

- Facility planning & Infra planning for Machine shop

- Shop Floor Open points closure

- New model Introduction & Making of documents like SOP, PFD, PFMEA & CP

Purpose:

- Responsible for Infra Planning, Capex Project planning

- Shop Floor ORC points Closure

- Making of Process Documents, Implementation of ECN/PCN

- Ensuring TPM activities as per plan to meet business objectives

- Participation in Daily Work Management (DWM) & actions as per requirement

Key Responsibilities:

- Capex Project planning and Execution, New model Infra planning & Execution

- Making of Layout

- Knowledge of AutoCAD & MS projects

- Knowledge of APQP& PPAP

- Monitoring of ORC, Closing of Open points and participating in daily dwm of shop floor

- Making of process documents like, PFD, SOP, PFMEA, CP & Process Validation sheet as well as Implementation of ECN/PCN

- Making of MIS & IMS documents

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

- Analytical Skill

- Knowledge of TPM

- Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001& ISO50001

- Knowledge of 5S

- Auditing skills

- Lead auditor

- Planning & Coordination skills
