Job Description :
- Person will be single handed responsible for hardware and Software maintenance of all Core Nodes physically deployed in Dehradun MSC with support from Meerut Central team.
- MSS, MGWs, MPBN and IPRAN Routers, vGW are currently deployed in Dehradun.
- Below mentioned are some of the Key Deliverables of this Manpower.
- Maintaining 100% uptime of all Core Nodes.
- MSS and MGW Hardware n Spare Management.
- Periodic Core Nodes System and External Backup.
- To support/Undertake various measures to address Customer Complaints.
- POI, BSC, and RNC Integration with Core Nodes.
- Router Integration and Router Hardware Maintenance n support to Central IP Team.,
- Day to Day Configurations in Core Nodes.
- Support in maintaining Network Performance KPIs as per Threshold.
- New Nodes Integration and Commissioning Support.
- Maintaining database the DDF and ODF for BSC and POIs.
- Support for MOP integration and integration related activities.
- Handling Care Cases and Operational Emergencies.
