Team Member - Production Engineering (1-3 yrs)
Job Description
1. Good knowledge of basic electronic
2. Good knowledge of PLC Control Panel & trouble shooting
3. Ability to make new layout in Auto Cad drawing
4. Knowledge of commercial process (Approval making, bill clearance, etc.)
5. Computer Knowledge (MS Office)
- Manpower management (shift planning, etc.)
- Project and maintenance
- Problem solving, root cause analysis
- Making of preventive maintenance & proactive maintenance plan
- Reporting periodically and sharing on ways of using the analysis data about breakdown, preventive maintenance, etc.
- Responsible for making daily report, weekly & monthly reports in power point & excel
- Responsible to control all expenses
- Reduction in idle time of machine
