Technical Architect - Electronics (9-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Technical Direction to Team + IC (Individual Contributor) role
- Ownership for providing Hardware Design Solution, bringing new methods/technologies, accountable for technical directions, strategic initiatives and high degree of innovation
- Participates in NPI/project/product life cycle activities, proactively identifies Risks and Mitigations
- Work on root cause field issues, various analysis, support team and justify business proposals/costing
- Work cross functionally across departments, managers and peers
- Propose use case architecture to develop applications for Venturing into new domain
Desired Candidate Profile :
- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.S in Electronics or Electrical & Electronics or related fields
- Strong in high speed board designs.
- Sound fundamentals on hardware blocks & subsystems - CPU/microcontrollers, Signal processing, various industry standard interfaces (Consumer electronics and automotive), memory interfaces, signal integrity & power supply qualification/issues.
- Knowledge in wired and wireless standard and protocols, batteries and battery management system.
- Knowledge in electrical systems, motors is an added advantage
- Working knowledge on physical level devices, drivers, knowhow of OSI models, software and its components
- Excellent hardware debugging skills are must
- Hands on knowledge on Test equipment and measurements
- Knowledge on EVT, DVT, PVT, EDVT, certification standards and robustness validation is a plus
- Worked/Knowledge on Signal Integrity/Power Analysis/Thermal Analysis/Timing
Analysis.
- Ability to learn things quickly & adapt to a dynamic, fast paced work environment
- A proven track record leading development teams and mentoring junior-level engineers
