Technical Assistant To Plant Head - Refractory Industry (5-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities : BE / B.tech - Mechanical or Chemical with min.5 years from similar industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- To be responsible for execution and commissioning of the designated projects as per the requirement of the Company
- To understand the detailed engineering and process from the consultant to ensure the know how of the project
- To prepare and check all documents, specifications and technical evaluations needed to procure the equipment
- To formulate and define technical scope for the projects.
- To develop plans specifying project goals, staffing, scheduling, risks identification, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.
- To execute orders by coordinating all technical and planning activities for purchase, procurement, drawing and interaction with vendors as per the project plan.
- To monitor the site on daily or weekly basis for project implementation
- To control project execution with respect to quality, cost and schedule.
- To adhere to all safety and environmental regulations related to project and commission the project with zero accident.
- Develop new concepts, techniques for betterment of project and production
- Successful handover of projects to operations team in stipulated timelines
- Maintenance of Jaw crushers/Ball mills, Roll crushers & screens
- Maintenance of Kilns and/or furnace
- To find out innovative solutions for maintenance
- To reduce/optimize maintenance cost by adopting new methods & SOPs.
- Preventive maintenance approach to increase the machine availability & quality output.
