Technical Audit Manager - Facilities Management (5-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical audit activities including facility condition appraisal, technical business case analysis, technical due diligence audit and operations performance audit.
- Provide technical advises on facilities and project management.
Job Description:
- Monitor the implementation of short, medium and long term strategic goals and objectives
- Execute performance audit on operations and provide continuous assessment and effectiveness on policies implemented, procedures, processes and the overall service delivery.
- Identify innovative improvement opportunities and ensure to be in line with the organizational framework.
- Develop, manage and monitor the annual budget ensuring not to exceed the allocated budget.
- Ensure delivery of technical audit services at optimum efficiency as agreed in the RFP with the client.
- Prepare audit reports for presentation to the management.
- Provide support on project mobilization and demobilisation.
- Other task as and when is required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 -8 years of working experience in facilities management or building maintenance, project management, construction management with at least 5 years being in a managerial role
- Excellent spoken and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to produce project evaluation and technical reports and budget preparations and its controls
- Possess in depth knowledge in health and safety protocols and building and/ or facility management
