Technical Facility Manager (8-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Work with the facility management partner to ensure all soft services such as facility upkeep maintenance of security and Housekeeping
- Prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities
- Daily oversight of facilities budgets and spending
- Oversee maintenance-related procurement requests
- 8 plus years- experience in overseeing the maintenance function for multiple locations
- Experience managing multiple vendor partners and buildings across the cities
- Strong working knowledge of commercial MEP systems, specifically HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety systems and electrical distribution network
- Experience in HVAC systems a plus - Excellent communication skills across multiple staffing levels
