Roles:

This opportunity is with one of the Leading Real Estate companies in Ahmedabad. They are currently looking for a Technical Head to manage end-end delivery of a large residential project. The person will be responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising the field construction of a project, including its organization, planning, and scheduling, in order to complete the work on time, within budget, and within pre-established quality parameters.

The Technical Head must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage complex development issues and processes.

Core Responsibility:

To Manage and coordinate large and/or Multiple real estate projects through all phases of design, permitting, construction. Provides leadership for regional site project management function by managing, coordinating, and developing staff.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures.

- Secure/ verify all insurance requirements prior to starting the work.

- Maintain insurance certification for the current term of the project.

- Coordinate &Integrate all Technical Drawings with all concerned Consultants.

- To obtain necessary Good for Construction drawings through coordination from all concerned consultants.

- Provide Value Engineering Inputs during design & execution Phase.

- Coordinate as required the activities of all agencies.

- Establish and enforce a comprehensive project safety and security program.

- Monitor project construction activities relating to scheduling, quality, costs, design and construction methodology.

- Supervise the selection and recommendation of trades and purchase of major building materials/components.

- Ensure that all necessary permits are in place for temporary use and construction purposes.

- Ensure all engineering approvals and coordination are in place prior to work being executed in the field.

- Develop and implement work schedules identifying the critical paths.

- Expediting scheduled critical materials and equipment for their timely delivery to site.

- Develop and implement site planning, logistics and procedures for the execution of the works.

- Ensure the work performed complies with all requirements of the contract documents and specifications.
