Technical Head - Tool Development - Plastic Injection Moulding (20-25 yrs)
- You are best fit if you have 20 + years of experience in injection mouldling tool development field
- Have strong technical hold on tooling development and plastic Technology
- If you have been associated with ITI Institutes or Government collaborated tool rooms like Indo Danish, Indo German etc
- Having industry experience in Automotive would be advantageous
Key responsibilities :
1. Overall responsibility and accountability of technical tool development functions in the organization
2. Develop & upgrade product and process technologies to keep pace with latest trends in the industry.
3. Ensure that technical processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational requirements.
4. Work with marketing departments (all segments) on product development and market opportunities
5. Provide guidance, support and coaching to the team to enable them of achieving operational requirements and business objectives within their areas of responsibility.
7. Interaction with Collaborator Technology for New Products & Processes.
8. Study technological changes in the market, identify gaps, analyses its effect on business. Communicate with leadership team and recommend possible solutions.
