Job Description:
- To provide the technical training to the Applicators, Engineers, Site Supervisors for the right application of the waterproofing products.
- Sampling, Technical Guidance on Sites . New Product trial and launch through Reliable Applicators
- Make pre, during and post application check of warranty sites
- Conduct pre, during and post Application of warranty sites
- Provide feedback to influencers and customer on any discrepancies in application for warranty sites
- Resolve complaint of Applicators
- Auditing the quality of work to ensure the execution.
- Providing technical knowledge and specifications on products to applicators
- Onsite training on products to the applicators,
- Provide technical support to Project Sales team,
- Prepare technical reports based on the sampling
