Technical Manager - Boiler/Heat Exchangers (10-15 yrs)

Role Purpose :

- This role will be Managing Technical Operations, installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning of Boilers/Burners/Heat Exchangers.

Job Description :

- Supervise pre commissioning and commissioning of equipment like boilers, heaters, & Heat recovery equipment.

- biding projects which will also include selling PM contracts, major boiler/burner repairs, and boiler installation

- Should have good knowledge of system engineering- Fuel & Ash Handling Systems, FBC & RG combustors.

- Knowledge of PLC/transmitters/HMI/instrumentations/sensors/flowmeters /commissioning and troubleshooting

- Expertise in Installation of boilers/heaters on Oil/gas/solid fuel.

- Understanding various fuels combustion (oil, gas, biomass & coal).

- Co-ordinate with contractors/ vendors for site erection and fabrication.

- Warranty period Checkup / monitoring of equipment

- Support Service Team in the field troubleshooting as needed.

- Collect feedback from customers to provide inputs for new product development.

- Conduct customer & Service Team training program.

- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, service, field and technical services policies and practices.

- Study of Tender documents and preparing technical and commercial evaluation.

- New Suppliers and Vender identification and development

- Developing cost effective solutions for all the Projects

- Getting New Technical JV's and Solutions providers

D. Educational Qualification :

- Individuals with a bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical/Electrical

- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Boiler/Burners/Heat Exchanger
