Established in 1981, An Engineering Pvt. Ltd company Manufacturer, Service Provider, Supplier located in Indore has made a name for itself in the list of top service providers of Water Cooled Condenser, Fan Coil Unit in India. The company is listed in Trade India's list of verified companies offering a wide array of Water Chillers, HVAC, And Heat Pumps Air-Cooled Condensation, etc. is looking for Technical Manager- Service for their products to be located at Indore, MP.

Our client is a company that makes HVAC SYSTEM product.

Its manufactures of Screw & Scroll Chillers system, Heat pumps, Thermal storage tanks, solar heat pump, Condenser. All products are used for residential and commercial purposes.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Maintenance and servicing of Heat pump, Chillers, Solar systems & storage system :

- The HVAC cycle is the same on Air Conditioners, VRV/VRF, Chillers, and Heat Pumps. The difference in these is their application and the size of their components.

- AC and VRV, refrigerant flow in between indoor and outdoor units to manage the room temperature.

- In Chillers and Heat, Pump refrigerant flows only in the outdoor unit, and heat exchanged water goes to indoor units to manage the room temperature.

- Screw, Scroll, and Solar and Heat Pumps : Maintenance of water-cooled Screw chillers, Air-cooled Screw Chillers, mini scroll chillers, heat pumps, and air conditioners.

- Commissioning : Commissioning of all types of Chillers & Heat Pumps manufactured by many brands company.

- De-Scaling on Heat pump on all brands and hot water storage tank to reduce leakage.

- Mechanical Maintenance of parts. In which check :

- Compressor : Use screw & scroll compressor in the machine. Check and change oil, oil heater, current, sound, contractor, relay connectivity, Suction, and the discharge port of refrigerants.

- Evaporator & Condenser : Use shell & tube type Evaporator, and Fins and shell & tube type condenser, in which check leakage, the gap between fins, de-scaling of condenser, sensor calibration.

- Capacitor : Only used for single face compressor and condensing fans to give starting torque to start the motor, and support during running.

- Expansion Valve & Filter Drier : Major complaint about both components has chocking on it. Due to brazing dust of copper tubes missed with refrigerant and cause chocking on it.

- Thermostat : Is used to sense the temperature of the room and refrigerant on the coil.

- Bearing change of high-velocity fans and maintenance. Maintenance of hot water circulation pumps.

- Electrical Parts Maintenance :

- Automatic panel : Make automatic panel box for on & off of the pump, electric elements with contractor, and subzero.

- Reduce Compressor failure : To reduce the problem of Compressor failure and compressor ground by using a mega meter to check time to time its mega meter value and resistance value.

- Check Voltage and current during the operation by using multicenter and use single-phase protection relay to protect compressor terminal and internal binding.

- Handle Clients and Documentation :

- Prepare a material requirement sheet for material required at the site.

- Handle daily work reports of sites and manage records of warranty visits, AMC visits, and complaints.

- Other than maintenance and handle AMC, CAMC

The company is looking for service engineers and Sr. Service Engineers for Chillers in Karnataka Region and the headquarter will be in Bangalore. The candidate should be a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in taking care of all Service activities of Chillers in the Bangalore region.

- Apart from Salary, they will be provided with other allowance on duty like TA/DA, etc

Candidate should be BE - Mechanical or Electrical Degree Engineers with 15-20 years experience in taking care of all Technical Service activities of company products. 

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : 75,000.00 - 85,000.00 per month ( 10 Lac PA)

Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh
