Job Description :

- Should have a strong technical understanding of products and customers businesses gleaned from deep industry knowledge. 

- This knowledge enables him to convey how our product features help customers solve their market problems.

- Work closely with the customer to set up and maintain a successful demo period, being available to answer questions and trouble-shoot as needed.

- Should use their technical skills to explain the benefits of products or services to potential customers and to show how their products or services are better and can enhance their market

- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education and supporting the after-sales team

- Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment.

- Plan and modify product/ equipment configurations to meet customer needs.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.

- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production.

- Provide answers to client questions about our product, servicing, and other technical aspects of the product.

- Work with the client to problem-solve through every hurdle during the sales process.

- Willingness to travel potential clients and devote long hours to challenging sales projects.

- Provide information needed for the development of custom-made machinery.

- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.

- Help clients to solve problems with installed equipment.

- Liasion with machinery manufacturers in overseas and maintain good relations with them and refer them to our customers for purchasing the specialized machinery

- Search a prospective local machine manufacturers to make a specialized patented product and sell them to our prospective clients

- Ensure to get legal formalities/ agreements done with our customers/ machine suppliers who shall purchase/ manufacture our patented machinery product
