Technical Service/Application Engineer - Lubricants (4-8 yrs)
On site at key customers/prospects plant to support a distributor or sales team
- Lubrication Survey to implement Lubricants, Lubrication Audits to identify improvements to induce savings on maintenance costs through promoting specialties ranges
- Trouble shoot Technical problems: Technical expertise to demonstrate that Lubricant is not the cause of trouble
- Implement and follow up trials on key applications at key customers and prospects with help of segment managers
- Work on product approval from regional IOEM along with developing business relationship
- Organize trainings and coaching to develop the skills in sales team and distributor team
- Organize eventual inter-zone support for very specific topics that require dedicated experience
- Responsible for Technical Services to IO customers for all Industrial Market Segments
- Power Generation, Chemicals, Food, Textile, Cement, Paper, Steel,, Metalworking,General engg
- Promote High Value added Product & service
