Technical Service Manager (7-20 yrs)
ALL INDIA TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER
- To offer Technical support and solutions to customers.
- To conduct trials and validate company products at new customers in collaboration with sales force.
- To attend customer complaints, carry out root cause analysis and design corrective and preventive actions and Implement the same
- To benchmark company product vis- a vis competition and identify product development needs.
- Closely work with R&D team and develop new innovative solutions on continuous basis.
- Conduct company product presentations and Technical Training Seminars at customers or at various industry Forums.
- Identify new business development opportunities on a continuous basis.
- To recruit, train and motivate technical service officers in different regions
- To lead and mentor the Technical Service Team
Person responsible should have knowledge of
- Metal casting production
- Mould making operations (Iron and Steel Foundries mainly)
- Role of Chemical Binders, Coatings and Additives in mould making
- QC Control and Testing in Foundry
- How to avoid defects and better surface finish
- How to improve production rate
- How to minimize wastage
Desired Candidate Profile
Education-
B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production/Industrial
- Extrovert and willingness to connect with new people on regular basis
- Good Team Player
- Able to develop strong relationships with key stake holders in customer organization
- Ability to solve Problems - methodically and systematically
- Analytical strengths
The position requires intensive travel across India
Must have excellent Communication Skill as incumbent required to communicate with client on daily basis.
CTC : Upto 12 lakh
Exp : Min 7 yrs relevant experience
