Qualification:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering,

- 11+ years of hands on experience in Service / project

Required Skill Set:

- Relevant Industry in Machinery Manufacturing Industry,

Role / Responsibilities:

- Candidate must have thorough knowledge of running a Service department of a Capital Equipment industry.

- Experience in Rice Machinery industry will be an asset

- Review and assess new technologies as they apply to Product.

- Drive on-going efforts aimed towards process improvement and integration as well as new Product development.

- To monitor day to day activities of all the Service personnel at various sites.

- To monitor all erection status' on a daily basis at various sites.

- Suggest new Product development.

- Monitor and report management on the Status of all technical developments.

- To suggest various means for cost reduction.

- Builds successful relationships inside and outside the organization to meet overall objectives.

- Troubleshoot and drive resolutions with team to ensure reliable and operationally effective process flow to the installed plant.

- Help to drive the standardization of business process, work closely with stakeholders, operations and technical teams.

Desired profile of the Candidate:

- Experienced in Rice / Parboiling industry is desirable but not mandatory.

- Strong Technical knowledge with application.

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently

- High energy, self-starter, with a proven track record in delivering results.

- Strong result Oriented

- Preference for candidates with PAN India level experience,

- Technically strong toward Products /Applications,
