Technical Support Engineer - ATM (0-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- Responsible for handling technical issues.
- Support the field service team by means of assisting them in maintenance.
- Guide the customers to rectify the fault.
- Handle R&D issues.
- Handle escalation issues from the customers
Desired Profile :
- BE in EEE / ECE with 0 to 2 yr of experience in ATM troubleshooting or from any service background or Technical support exp
- Preferably male candidates who are willing to travel can apply.
- Strong in Excel and MIS reports handling.
- Excellent in local language and English.
- Should be energetic and multitasking.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, listening skills.Should take initiative, adaptability, customer orientation and flexible
